The 240th annual Diocesan Convention will be held
Friday-Saturday, Nov. 14-15, 2025,
at the Boston Marriott Burlington Hotel in Burlington.

Early registration ends on October 17. After that time, the fee to register is $75.
The deadline to register is Monday, November 3 at 5:00 pm.

Courage and Joy Award!
The Courage & Joy Award will be presented at Diocesan Convention to clergy and lay members of our Diocese who have shown extraordinary courage and joy in their life and ministry in ways which correspond to the values and missional priorities of our new diocesan vision (see Visioning 2025).
Pre-Convention Forums
Pre-Convention Forums—open to all, particularly voting members of the convention—will be held via Zoom on: Saturday, October 18, 2-3:30 pm; Tuesday, October 21, 7-8:30 pm; Wednesday, October 22, 7-8:30 pm. These forums offer an important opportunity for discussion about the issues and business to come before the Convention, including the proposed 2026 diocesan budget, resolutions, and elections. Clergy Desiring to Vote
Clergy desiring to vote at Diocesan Convention must be canonically resident two weeks prior to its start; contact the Rev. Margaret Lias at mlias@diomass.org to complete this process by Saturday, Nov. 1.
Delegate Changes
Delegate changes should be reported via the delegate substitution form until Friday, Nov. 7; after that email convention@diomass.org to ensure the change is processed.
