The Diocesan Loan Committee provides term loans to congregations for the following:
- Loans of up to $75,000 for 15 years to support repair and/or improvement to existing structures
- Loans of up to $150,000 for 15 years to support significant renovations and/or improvement of facilities
In addition, the Diocesan Loan Committee is now providing interest relief on existing diocesan loans during the present COVID-19 crisis. An Application for Diocesan Loan Relief can be found here for parishes seeking a one-time interest abatement of up to twelve months.
