The Rev. Paul Minor: The call comes and people respond. One of the things that I do find inspiring is that people serving in challenging circumstances, they want to make a difference. Especially our young people, which is most of the force. They want to do something that makes the world better, they want to contribute, they want to see that what they're doing does make a difference and certainly in this case, the kind of work that they're doing is inspirational for them so as they make that sacrifice, they see the impact that it's having.
