Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We are saddened to inform you of the death of the Rev. S. Lester Ralph in Reading, Massachusetts, on Aug. 20, 2019. Les was rector at Christ Church in Somerville, Massachusetts, from 1964 until 1981. He also served four terms as mayor of Somerville, from 1970 until 1978.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 95 Woburn Street, in Reading, at 11 a.m. Clergy are invited to vest: white stoles.
May the soul of God’s faithful servant departed rest in peace and may light perpetual shine upon him.
