As the diocese embarks on a new season of ministry, Bishop Julia E. Whitworth is eager to hear from clergy and lay leaders in the worshiping communities of of the diocese, in a process toward articulating the vision for the diocese's future.
In partnership with Ministry Architects, a week of many listening sessions has been scheduled in March 2025 at locations throughout the diocese to begin this process together. It is hoped that clergy and lay leaders in the worshiping communities of the diocese will prayerfully consider participating in one of these small focus groups for vision discernment. The time together will result in a report from Ministry Architects that will inform our next steps.
In-person listening sessions will take place during the week of March 15-20 at locations throughout the diocese, and via Zoom March 24-26.
