St Andrew's Church in New Bedford, in partnership with Grace Church in New Bedford, will be hosting a free viewing party for the documentary film "The Philadelphia Eleven," telling the story of the first women ordained priests in The Episcopal Church in 1974--in an act akin to civil disobedience that challenged the essence of patriarchy within the church and succeeded in building a movement to transform an age-old institution.
